1Find the memory / custom-instructions setting
In ChatGPT: Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions + Memory. In Claude: Settings → Profile / Preferences. In Gemini: Settings → Personalization / Saved info. Pick whichever AI you use most.

2Write your one-time profile
In a few lines, tell the AI: who you are (role + industry), what you're working on, how you like answers (length, tone, format), and any constraints (e.g. India context, plain English). Keep it short — this is a profile, not an essay.
3Paste it in and turn on memory
Save the profile in the custom-instructions box and make sure memory is enabled. From now on, every new chat starts with this context already loaded — no preamble needed.
