Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for SuperCareer subscriptions and purchases, operated by Growthyfai (Growthify).
1. Free trial
SuperCareer Plus is offered with a free trial. You pay a small token amount (e.g. ₹1) today only to set up your subscription mandate — this is not a charge for the membership. You can use the full membership during the trial.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time before your trial ends or before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
- To cancel, email [email protected] from your registered email, or use the cancellation option in your account, and we will process it.
- If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged the recurring fee.
- On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period; it is not renewed thereafter.
3. Refunds
- The ₹1 (or token) trial-setup amount is non-refundable, as it is a nominal mandate-authorisation charge, not a membership fee.
- If you were charged a recurring fee due to a genuine error (e.g. you cancelled in time but were still billed), contact us within 7 days and we will review and refund eligible charges.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank/processor timelines.
- Downloadable digital products (e.g. the playbook PDF) are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your registered email, the payment date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
