SuperCareer is an educational career-growth platform offering daily challenges, roadmaps, playbooks, content, and live sessions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

• SuperCareer Plus is offered on a free-trial-then-recurring basis. Where a trial applies, you pay a token amount (e.g. ₹1) today to set up your subscription mandate.
• After the trial period (e.g. 7 days), the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price (e.g. ₹99/month) using your authorised payment method, until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid further charges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices and inclusions may change; we will give notice of material changes where required.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g. Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorise us and our processor to charge your selected payment method per the applicable plan and UPI Autopay / mandate terms you approve at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or share paid content outside your personal use.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

All content, materials, and trademarks in the Service are owned by or licensed to Growthyfai (Growthify) and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal use during your subscription.

The Service is educational. Career outcomes — including promotions or salary increases — depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific results. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative and not a promise of outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthyfai (Growthify) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
